The most glamorous of careers often hide the most piteous stories underneath. Lolo Jones, who was the winner of the USA and the World Olympic Games for the hurdle in 2013, has only been able to achieve this level by putting in a lot of effort and patience. Jones, who was born to a motherless family with five children in poverty and hardship as a child, had an extremely challenging childhood.
